We require a refundable deposit for the re-rolling fee. Customers have not been re-rolling the bounce house correctly after use which causes difficulty for us and the next renter. We require this fee in advance. It will be refunded once the bounce house has been delivered rolled correctly. If the bounce house is not rolled correctly we keep it as a fee charged for having to re-roll and tightly wrap a dropped off bounce house that is unfolded or not wrapped correctly so so that it can be safely and easily moved for the next pickup.
