How much does it cost to rent a Bounce House?

Please go to the “Inflatable Bounce House Rental Page” for prices. We charge an All Day flat fee rate.


What are your Hours?

Delivery are from 9AM to 5PM (Monday-Sunday), Customer Pick Up are from 8AM to 8PM (Monday-Sunday). 


Where does Bounce House Eugene serves?

For Delivery option, we serve Eugene and Springfield area, then its $3/mile outside Beltline road.


Do you require a contract/waiver to be signed?

Yes, we will not rent the inflatable unit until the waiver is signed.


Is there a Deposit Fee required?

Yes, we require a 50% Deposit (Advanced payment) on all reservations and need to be paid by a credit card. Final Balance is due at the time of delivery/upon pick up of the equipment.


What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Credit Card, Debit Card, Cash, and Business Checks.


If need to cancel, How much notice do you require?

We require at least 72 hours notice of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation at least 72 hours prior to your reservation date, there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel your reservation in less than 72 hours prior to your reservation date, you will incur a 50% cancellation fee that will be charged to your credit card on file.


What if it rains the day of our event?

Bounce House Eugene reserves the right to cancel a reservation due to heavy rains and high winds. There is no penalty to the renter. Once the unit is picked up or delivered, if weather conditions worsen, there will be no refunds.
